01What is free, and what would I pay for later?
The potential analysis is currently free instead of CHF 999: the evaluation call, written findings and a second call to review them are included. The in-depth company analysis at CHF 2'490 · 2'600 € is a separate, optional service. Analysis with the first workflow costs CHF 4'900 · 5'200 €, training is on request, ongoing support is from CHF 800 · from 800 € per month. Paid services are priced net, plus VAT.
02How does it work?
First, book the free 30-minute evaluation call. We then prepare your written potential analysis based on that conversation. In a second call, we review the results together. Paid implementation is not included in this offer and requires a separate agreement.
03How soon does the first workflow run if we commission implementation?
Our target is a first workflow in production within about four weeks. That is based on experience, not a promise for your case.
04Where is our data kept?
Your files do not leave Europe: every model we operate runs in European regions, under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. Only what the task needs is processed.
05Can our ERP or trades software be connected?
Usually, yes. We connect existing systems, for example SAP, Abacus, Salesforce or HubSpot, and any other system with an interface (API).
06How much effort is a later implementation for our team?
Time in conversation, example documents, access and approval: a few days in total, spread over about four weeks. The figure varies from client to client.
