02Does a person remain the contact for tenants?
Yes. The workflow captures, assigns and prepares replies. Which fault is dealt with first, which contractor gets the job and what goes out to tenants and owners is decided by you.
03Where is our data kept?
Your files do not leave Europe: every model we operate runs in European regions, under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. Only what the task needs is processed.
